Before installing/using Demo or licensed versions of any of the BitDataMigration Products, please first go through this License agreement.

Terms and Conditions

The End User License Agreement is a legally binding contract between two parties: BitDataMigration and customers. With installation or utilization of our software, you agree to accept the terms, as stated in the license agreement. In case of violation of this agreement, customers may not be allowed to make correspondence and technical support will not be provided.

The entire software solutions available at BitDataMigration are sold through our online shareware marketplace. All our products come with a free trial “DEMO” edition, which is a restricted version of the licensed software edition. We recommend all our users to first try our software by downloading the FREE Demo edition, from our official website : https://www.bitdatamigration.com. The demo tool will work just like the licensed version, but with limited functionality. To use the product without any restrictions, customer will need to purchase its licensed edition.

Definitions

• "Registered Software" refers to the licensed product sold by BitDataMigration.
• "Unregistered Software" refers to the free software trial edition with no registration details.
• "Registered Users" are the buyers/holders of software licensed edition
• "Registration Details" comprises of registered name, email ID of the purchaser, and registration key of the purchased software, provided by vendor, i.e. BitDataMigration.

License Terms

This License Agreement renders users to : -

• Install and use trial/demo edition of the software on several PCs, for evaluation purpose.
• Programs can be distributed free of charge on bulletin boards, online services and other electronic media, provided that they are presented in their entirety and without any changes/editions to any part. All notices and registration keys cannot be provided in any form. Software sharing/allocation for monetary gains on any physical/virtual media, is sternly forbidden.
• Registered users are provided with a non-transferable, exclusive copy of the software license for individual use on one or more computers. The registered user must ensure that the number of users does not exceed the number of licenses issued.

Registered users are prohibited from:

• Copying, revising, transforming, or assembling the software, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
• Leasing, Renting, or re-selling the program, either in part or in full.
• Transferring or giving access of the software to any other party, either in part or in full.
• Revealing or transmitting program registration details to any other party without obtaining approval from BitDataMigration.

Warranty Limitations:

The software programs and all associated information provided here are "As Is". BitDataMigration does not provide any other warranty, whether implied or expressed. We are not accountable for any damage or destruction of data, or loss of business etc., that may occur while using or misusing the software programs.
